I started my career as a litigation and trial attorney at an AM Law 100 law firm where my practice focused on business litigation and employment matters. I also represented Amazon in various matters including transportation and employment.

 

I left private practice and founded Amazon Suspension Lawyer to assist Amazon Sellers with various matters including Amazon Seller Account deactivations, listing deactivations/suppressions, intellectual property matters involving copyrights, trademarks, and patents, regulatory and compliance matters, appeals for inventory release and fund disbursement. I also provide guidance and best practices to grow and maintain a successful Amazon business.

 

I leveraged my experience as a litigation and trial attorney to prevail in dozens of Arbitrations against Amazon which resulted in account reinstatement, release of inventory, and release of funds. To date, I have recovered over $75 million in funds that have been wrongfully withheld by Amazon.
