Every seller has a right to take Amazon to arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. This arbitration process takes decision making out of Amazon’s hands and into the hands of the arbitrator. The American Arbitration Association charges flat filing fees and a flat fee for the arbitrator. A hearing date is set within 30 days from the date the arbitrator is appointed. A decision from the arbitrator is typically provided within 14 days of the hearing date. If you win, Amazon must reimburse the fees you paid to the American Arbitration Association. Unfortunately, Amazon does not have to reimburse the fees charged by us. Amazon Suspension Lawyer offers a flat fee for all arbitration cases to mitigate your costs.
The arbitration process can overrule Seller Support Denials, Performance Denials, Policy Denials and Escalation Denials.
Arbitration cases can be broken down into three different categories:
(1) Amazon refuses to release up to $10,000 in cash or inventory
(2) Amazon refuses to release between $10,000 and $75,000 in cash or inventory
(3) Amazon refuses to release more than $75,000 in cash or inventory
Cases that fall under category (1) or (2) can be expedited under the American Arbitration Association’s Expedited Arbitration Program. Cases that fall under category (3) are unique and must be evaluated and handled individually.
Most sellers are unfamiliar with the arbitration process, which can seem daunting at first. We help sellers navigate the arbitration process by drafting all required documentation. We provide you with guidance and advice on how to represent yourself at the arbitration. We charge a flat fee to minimize your costs and maximize your potential recovery.
